InterCity Youth – the European Network of Local Departments for Youth Work, ICY, has as its overarching aim to enhance the quality and recognition of youth work in Europe.
MOVIT has been performing the tasks of the National Agency for EU programmes in the field of youth since May 1999 when Slovenia joined the EU Programme Youth for Europe III.
The Office of The Republic of Slovenia for Youth champions the interests of the youth and the youth sector, acting as the main coordinator of activities in the framework of youth policies and providing for comprehensive measures to improve the status of young people in Slovenia.
City of Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital, systematically develops youth policy and promotes youth work through the Youth Office, which was founded in 1995.
Partners are National Agencies of the Erasmus+:Youth Programme of Belgium/Flanders, Croatia, Estonia, France, Germany, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and the Netherlands within the partnership Europe Goes Local, the Public Institute Young Dragons Ljubljana, and KEKS.
